have you ever been to istanbul? it's so chaotic to live here that you're gonna hate it. however, turists love this city which i don't get why. and the weather, two days ago it snowed 1 meters, today its sunny, the snow is melting. you slip and fall down alot. here's another fun. always welcome.

I agree with joAco, Chile is the most civilized/developed of the three. If you want chaos come to Argentina (lots of comic strip material here). If you want a more simple and deregulated way of life go to Uruguay.
